Retailer / 30 minutes

You operate stores. You want to know what Léa does on your premises, what it asks of you, and what it brings.

  1. Read Picard one-pager / even if you're not Picard, it shows the pilot offer template
  2. Read Golden Circle § 2 How + § 3 What / the differentiator and customer journey
  3. Skim Back-office protocols § your retailer / what Léa needs from your IT (very little)
  4. Look at the Customer flow state machine

Questions answered: - Does it touch my IT? → No, not in V1. - What's the pilot cost for me? → Zero, just a store and 30 min/week of attention. - What's the customer experience? → Discreet, opt-in via QR.


Brand / PIM partner / 20 minutes

You're a brand (Danone, L'Oréal, Picard SA) or a PIM platform (Salsify, Equadis, Akeneo). You want to know how Léa consumes brand data.

  1. Read ADR-005 PIM-native architecture / why we plug into brands, not retailers
  2. Read ADR-006 3-tier data supply / sequence: OFF → Salsify → retailer
  3. Look at Ecosystem L1 diagram / your position in our flow
  4. Skim Back-office protocols § standards / our common standards (GDSN, Digital Link, etc.)

Engineer / Architect / 60 minutes

You're going to read or write code on Léa.

  1. Read Architecture README / the C4 model + per-stack split
  2. Read Stack 1B README / the current dev stack
  3. Read Engineering / presence detection / sensors, MediaPipe pipeline, GDPR posture
  4. Skim the Legacy Stack B design docs (8 files) / detailed historical design
  5. Read all 8 ADRs (chronologically 001008) / the load-bearing decisions

Product / Strategy / 45 minutes

You're working on positioning, KPIs, customer journey, segmentation.

  1. Read Golden Circle full / the source of truth for product narrative
  2. Read Stack 1A vs 1B matrix / the live A/B decision matrix
  3. Look at Stack 2 prod target / the open product decisions you may need to influence
  4. Read ADR-008 Picard pilot / the commercial choice for pilot N°1

New team member onboarding / 2 hours

You're joining Praesenz tech or product team.
