You want the whole picture without diving into code or specs.
- Read Golden Circle § 1 Why / the mission in one paragraph
- Look at the Ecosystem L1 diagram / how Praesenz fits the world
- Skim WhatsApp Business P&L / the unit economics
- Bookmark Retail Media Stack 3 / where it goes at 5 years

Questions answered: - Does it touch my IT? → No, not in V1. - What's the pilot cost for me? → Zero, just a store and 30 min/week of attention. - What's the customer experience? → Discreet, opt-in via QR.
Brand / PIM partner / 20 minutes¶
You're a brand (Danone, L'Oréal, Picard SA) or a PIM platform (Salsify, Equadis, Akeneo). You want to know how Léa consumes brand data.
- Read ADR-005 PIM-native architecture / why we plug into brands, not retailers
- Read ADR-006 3-tier data supply / sequence: OFF → Salsify → retailer
- Look at Ecosystem L1 diagram / your position in our flow
- Skim Back-office protocols § standards / our common standards (GDSN, Digital Link, etc.)

You're going to read or write code on Léa.
- Read Architecture README / the C4 model + per-stack split
- Read Stack 1B README / the current dev stack
- Read Engineering / presence detection / sensors, MediaPipe pipeline, GDPR posture
- Skim the Legacy Stack B design docs (8 files) / detailed historical design
- Read all 8 ADRs (chronologically 001 → 008) / the load-bearing decisions

You're working on positioning, KPIs, customer journey, segmentation.
- Read Golden Circle full / the source of truth for product narrative
- Read Stack 1A vs 1B matrix / the live A/B decision matrix
- Look at Stack 2 prod target / the open product decisions you may need to influence
- Read ADR-008 Picard pilot / the commercial choice for pilot N°1

You're joining Praesenz tech or product team.
Do all of the above in this order: 1. Executive path (10 min) 2. Product path (45 min) 3. Engineer path (60 min)
You'll be operational by the end of the morning.
